Update 12/06/19:
This little boy is doing amazing! He gets around perfectly fine, hes happy and hes content! And boy is he a talker! Every time I come in the room he chirps and meows. Hes such a sweet baby. He loves to cuddle and be held as well. His stitches come out in another week. He takes his meds like a champ too. The leadership team was contacted the day before Thanksgiving about a sweet kitty who had been found wandering around with a horrible eye injury. Kay Banks from Tabby Tails had picked him up and was on her way to the emergency vet to get this little guy help. The leadership team immediately put up an emergency post so that Kay could get him treatment. The emergency vet stabilized him with the plan that he would be taken to a regular vet on Black Friday to have his eye removed. Friday morning, Kay took the kitten named Baha to her vet and they scheduled the enucleation for that afternoon. The weirdos came together to raise $600 to go towards his surgery. With the help of donations directly to Tabby Tails, we were able to get him all taken care of! Baha came through surgery with flying colors and is resting and recovering with Tabby Tails. He is an absolute sweetheart and had to have been someone’s pet before. He sleeps with Kay in her bed, and craves all the snuggles and pets! He is healing up well and if owners do not come forward to claim, he will be put up for adoption to find his furever family.
