nala's story

Nala’s mom rushed her to Westpark Animal Hospital after she found her in respiratory distress. Westpark found that Nala had a really bad asthma attack and would need to spend a few days there on oxygen. Once Nala was okay, she was sent home with an inhaler to help with her asthma.

“Nala is doing much better than before. She still uses
her inhaler, which is the same dose as mine so we share.
She also has topical prednisone to use as needed. Nala
loves her new baby brother, Simba. She has the energy
of a kitten, and is seriously the kindest, sweetest girl in the world. I am so blessed to be a part of the Weirdos. They saved Nala’s life and I will forever be grateful. ” -Mandi Blazek
